PA66+50%GF

◆ Material : PA66+50% GF is PA66 with 50% short cut glass fiber reinforced nylon 66.

◆ Characteristics : Ultra high rigidity and strength: low creep under heavy loads, suitable for replacing cast iron/cast aluminum structural components; Excellent dimensional stability: low thermal expansion, low moisture absorption deformation, precision assembly not easily warped; Excellent thermal stability: HDT>250 ℃, can withstand high temperatures in the engine compartment for a long time; Oil resistant and chemical resistant: resistant to mineral oil, gasoline, coolant, not resistant to strong acids and polar solvents (such as formic acid); Disadvantages: Low toughness, poorer formability compared to low glass fiber PA66, high wear on screws/molds, anisotropy (uneven shrinkage caused by glass fiber orientation).

◆ Purpose : Automobiles: engine mounts, chassis suspension components, gearbox housings, turbocharger peripherals, high-voltage battery pack structural components; Industrial machinery: heavy-duty gears, bearing seats, pump valve housings, guide rails and sliders, engineering machinery structural components; Electrical and electronic: high-power connectors, motor end caps, high-voltage junction boxes, circuit breaker enclosures; General engineering: electric tool casing, photovoltaic bracket accessories, rail transit structural components.
